I know of a therapy, called mystic rose, where people are allowed to cry for three hours in one go. It is done in groups, under supervision of experienced therapists.

Yes . I cried when I got the opportunity of meeting our Governor of Tamilnadu on 10th march 2005. Because we lost the life of 10,000 people in Tsunami . We should have saved maximum life if the warning issued by me to the local T.V.are aired in time. I was unable to control my feelings when I was invited by him to explain how I was able to issue the warning. Even now the water is coming from my eyes when I type this message.

of course......wenever one is crying, one is aware of the fact. in fact, there are very rare moments wen we may be crying, tears streaming down our face, and we dont know it. i ams ure that must be happening wen somebody is extremely happy or sad.
