I'm no where near fat i just wanna get rid of like 3-5 pounds in like 4 weeks before school starts

weight is lost equally everywhere, stop eating anything white. no sugar, no bread, no potatoes, no rice etc. the only thing you can use in limited ammounts is really grain rich breads, and whole grain pastas in small ammounts, eat lean protein, like baked or broiled fish or chicken, green and yellow veggies, raw fruits, eggs if not fried, one a day, low fat cheese in small ammounts.you should live for 4 weeks without dying of food boredom. and maybe lose the ammount you wish.

exercise. Any time you lose weight the first place that shows it is your face.


Lift some weights, milk bottles full of water, or cans. You won't lose weight in your arms but you'll make them stronger and shaped.

simple. Eat less.

thats the best diet there is. Just dont eat as much. Keep yourself to 2 meals a day, and dont cram yourself at every meal.

exercise helps too.

Very doable, count your calories keep it at about 1000 calories and ur there.

Oh yeah no soda because soda expands ur stomach and makes u hungry.

like me...im nt fat either,but its just like this women ALWAYS ALWAYS find herself a bit fat!i managed to lose a lot of weights in a very short period of time
i try to eat lesser n we hav recesses n i don eat for recess n i've managed to lose quite a lot of weight n besides i can save muny like tat..aint tat jus gr8?
