The responsibility of the parent is for performance of the child in a school and not the school itself unless the parents are able to justify that the school has a total lack of responsibilities and its functionality of the school to enable the proper education of the child

The lack of fundings and equipment in the school does not justify for lack of education if the school can show that all teachers are still performing the functionaility of the school through its examination, periodic test, teaching process, syllabus, etc

in most circumstances, it is near impossible to sue the school as they are usually rather organised.

The schools have a legal obligation to teach the students, to get the students up to a certain level of academic performance. The parents have a legal right to sue the schools if they don't meet this obligation.

Hope this helps.

soounds like someone is trying to make it to where parents can sue the school system if litle johnny or susiesnt smart enough to do their work and because of the "no child left behind" B.S., their nimrod of sprog is forwarded until he/she graduates, then cant get a job because they not only cannot read or write, they dont even know which end is up.
i agree with theother poster, parents need to take some responibility in their childs education, meaing, they need to stay on top of their kids and their homework.

It is a ridiculous idea! If you are taking the affirmative side then you are very lucky. This will be a walk in the park. A student must work hard to improve and unless the school (by school I mean teachers) are psychologically harming the student and/or his/her progress, the grades of that particular student should be dependent on his/her effort and not on the school.

The detrimental overall performance can't be blamed on their race - its as a results of fact of different socioeconomic aspects that impression the minorities you're pertaining to. as an occasion, if a school has no money, as many in minority neighborhoods do, they can't shop the centers up, can't hire stable instructors, can't grant stable kit. no longer all minorities have detrimental overall performance and not all white human beings have extreme overall performance - there are loads of aspects that impression it.

parents need to take some responsiblity for their child's education. now if they're children were doing unacceptible things while in school, that's when the schools are responsible. but as far as their children excelling in school? parents need to step up to the plate.
