There's nothing that can help hair grow faster, no matter what. Hair grows at a maximum of 1/2 inch per month.
You can grow HEALTHIER hair by eating nutritiously and getting regular excercise. Also trimming dead ends every other month keeps hair looking healthy.

eat some vegetables especially long kinds of vegetables...
have them trimmed once a month (1 inch is fine)....
get some rest...
