Well the name "Brianna" is pronounced "Bree-anna" so when you add an "A" I'm guessing it's like "Ay-bree-anna", but some people have special pronunciations for their names so it could be different. It could be either "Ay-bree-anna" or "Au-bree-anna".

My daughter has a friend Breanna which is bre (like the cheese)-anna so just add an A before but as i am Australian i would probably pronounce it differently to an American so maybe I'm not the best judge (unless you are Aussie)

I suppose it could be, but my first inclination would be to pronounce it with a long A sound.
