We've all heard that construction workers (American) were working to rebuild New Orleans, when the construction contractor brought in foreign Hispanic workers and the Americans couldn't find work.

Now the guest workers under an H2b visa are suing for not getting a 40 hour work week promised, so they can't pay off debt getting there.

I'm on their side.

I also think it is poetic justice.

What do you think?

I don't blame them for sueing, I don't think they looked hard enough for American workers, they just wanted people that would work for low pay, Americans no they can't make it on that kind of money. and now the people they contracted to come are finding that out also.

The workers were here with a valid visa, and were promised jobs ... so yes, sue the pants off the greedy feckers ... there are plenty of illegals working in New Orleans aided and abetted by our govt ... get rid of them first, and let the legals work ...

Wow! What a story....our immigration laws work BOTH ways..to protect us and to protect the rights of those legally entering our country.

I hope they stick it to 'em and suck out all the profits they (Decater) THOUGHT they were getting by not hiring Americans....

Ahhh, sweet justice for everyone!
