No....but eating slower allows your body to know when you're actually full. If you take your time eating you'll undoubtedly not go for seconds as much or crave other things at the end of a meal.
Eat smaller portions but with more frequency throughout the day and you will increase your metabolism. Don't ever go more than three hours without some sort of snack...ideally a healthy one. Your body will then be "trained" to not overeat and also you'll never put yourself in glucose deficit which makes you crave the fattier and sweeter foods.

Eating slower doesn't increase your metabolism. The only to way to increase your metabolism is by eating the right food more frequently.Your body will adjust to breaking down food at a more rapid pace

no, actually eating faster will increase how your body will digest your food. and dont eat to much in one go, that will slower your metabolism. eating cold foods will also slow down your metabolism and eating hot and spicy food will increase it. try adding some chilli or peppers in your food next time to help your digest faster. starving yourself will entirely lose all metabolism.

No, it won't speed up your metabolism! But the idea is, that your brain takes longer to register the fullness sensation then the rate you eat at. If you drink a glass of water before meals and pace yourself when eating, you could eat less or feel fuller earlier, which can help you lose weight.

No. If you eat every three hours every day (And night) your metabolism will get faster. When you eat every six hours or something, your body doesn't know when you're gonna eat again, so it stores food. Every three hours makes your metabolism continuously burn, since it always has fuel. My dad gets bodybuilder magazines, so that's how I know. One guy had 6% body fat.
