My boyfriends put me though so much stress.
recently i've felt
*Legthargic
*Migranes and Headaches
*Shallow Breathing
*Stomach Pains
*Poor Vision
*Nightmares
and It always feels like theres something squeezing my heart.
What do i do?
How can i stop stressing.
School makes it ten times worse and theres no way i can stay home from school.

There are many ways to beat stress:
1) Tell your boyfriend(s) to ease up or else
2) Take stress tabs aka B12
3) Sit in a dark room listening to soft music, or Dan Gibson Wildlife CD's ( The Rain Forest, Loon Lake,The Waterfall)
4) Stay away from sweets such as chocolat, and candies as these will add too much sugar to your blood and increase the stress.
Eat Carrots and Salads.
And if all else fails, take two asprin and call the doctor in the morning.

maybe first get rid of your boyfriend if he put you through that much stress. Then talk to a friend, Lifeline or someone you trust. Talking can really help. Then at night before you go to sleep listen to some relaxing music, close your eye and just breath in & out, until you are relax.

Try on stress relaxing work out like yoga, or an evening walk in the park.

If you exercise you can relieve of stress better since exercising gives off hormones like cortisol to combat stress response.

i know u dont wanna hear it but maybe u should get rid of him. i didnt wanna hear it either, but ive done it twice and ive felt way better. its hard, but sometimes we gotta do the hard things that we dont wanna. maybe u should see a dr. get some meds and they that out for a bit see if that helps. good luck

learn to let go. thoes guys do not even remember you now. do something to get your mind right. try concentration.org. try holisticonline.com. be active. pray. get inspirational books. try beliefnet.com. treat yourself to a new outfit, take a warm bubble bath, walk....
