Nickelback isn't that bad. I'm not a huge fan but really, why are they so terrible? (Other than the fact that they get constant radio time). Sure, they don't have a really unique sound or anything but they're good at what they do. Sometimes it seems like people hate bands just because they're popular. Nickelback is far from being the best band of the decade, but they don't belong in the same category as The Jonas Brothers. So, to answer your question: Limp Bizkit. [Bring on the thumbs-down]

I've only heard of one extremely crude meaning for this expression. I think it originated from a boy's home/jail. Basically it means 'a biscuit that is so damp from semen it has become limp' i.e. lost is crispness.
Sorry about that, it's really gross!
