Not me personally, but upon analysing your question...I taught to myself, what if I had my own restaurant.

Facts: Women are irrational creatures, and during full moons and period weeks are affected both emotionally and physically in a negative way by natures calling.

I see this at my own workplace, but i think women dont see this in each other, they only refer to it as their "bichee-ness" rating, or if guys are insensetive.

so, maybee thats why some guys seems harder on women becoz women are more emotionally tuned in on that angle...but the same thing said to a "guy", whatever who gives a f*k...

Its also becoz were a guys, we cant help it, its in our nature to always "say something", its like a subconcious way of asking for sex...

I think Kylie Kwong is a very good chef. skillfull and mildy hilarious. are you?

I used to work in a line and I had no problems working with the women. They were great. The executive chef was a woman too. They knew how to handle the pressure and the stress of being in a line so that was great. There are some people, men and women who love to cook but they can't handle the pressure of being in a line. I think those sexist men just need someone to scream at, which is something that shouldn't happen. It just makes them weaker. If you can handle it, that's great. I give you props. But for those that can't, they find a job in another part of the kitchen, like prep work, or maybe they need to consider another line of work altogether. I don't know. I'm just stating my opinion. I hope this helped to answer your question.
