Try this. Don't answer the phone. If you don't answer the phone, hopefully he will get the message. If you answer and it is him, hang up in his face. Hopefully after a few times doing this he will grow tired of it and move on. Unless you are a night person, nobody should be calling you at night anyways.

You have several options.
1. If you screen your calls with an answering machine, you can decide not to answer.
2. You can change your telephone number.
3. If he still calls and keeps stalking you, you can take out a restraining order against him.

well.........maybe he still has feelings for u, or maybe he's just trying to disturb ur beauty sleep.
whatever the reason maybe, don't attend his calls..he'll obviously feel neglected and stop calling u.
