No, there will be no ill effects.
Females have all of the eggs they will ever make in them when they are born, so they are some old eggs in older women--more chance for breakdown, and for the better eggs to be all used up.
Men, however, make new sperm all the time. All the time. all the time. So no old sperm, no risk.
Have fun!

Its doesn't matter what age you husband is , After all there are sperm banks without ages on them just the criteria of the father . IThe only a hazard is what your age is after all you're carrying the kid after 35- 40 is in the danger zone

years is not the concern! health matters. is he fit enough to do the deed? at 55 is he capable of keeping up with a 2 year old, at 58 or a teen when he is 68? go for it, if it won't kill him. love will conquer!

Ya, chromosonal breakdown and unhealthy sperm are more prevalent, but its not nearly as big of a deal as it is for women. Men are constantly making new sperm. Women have the same eggs from birth, so although it matters, your age and health matters more.

no, there is no real danger from the father's side. sperm doesn't become defective in older men. the real risk is the age of the woman. it can have detrimental effects on the developement of the fetus.

I don't think so. If their sperm is strong enough to reach the egg, it should be considered healthy enough to reproduce.
