Knock him out, then stand over him while he is on the ground and tell him, "you bet not stand back up, if you do prepare to get knocked back down, and if you ever put your gutter hands on me again I will drag you in the streets and knock you out again". Your cousin is mean by nature. I feel sorry for you that you have to bear all this painfulness. You should try telling him what you feel. If he doesn't want to listen, just run to your room and lock yourself up until he stops playing. If you have been the problem, meaning that you are the one who started it, i am sorry to say that you have to stop this AT ONCE or you will soon end up in bruises.

Maybe he's an immature 12 year old and that's how he shows affection? Maybe he's a pychopathic 30 yr old who needs to go to jail? You need to tell us more about him and the situation!

Probably because his parents hit him and that's how he rebels. When someone is a jerk, it is usually because of an unhappy home life.
