I love all sorts of cooking magazines. Cook's Illustrated, Food & Wine, Saveur, Cooking Light, Chocolatier, Cucino Italiano (I love Italian food), all the magazines you can find at Barnes & Noble are great for me. I just browse them and look through the recipes to get ideas for dinner parties, BBQs, etc. I learn a lot from all the magazines I read.

Yes, I also like to read about gastronomic delights. Art Culinaire, Foods, etch...I do not purchase it though as it a waste of ca$h, I just go to the mall and browse through the many different cooking mags...I look at the pictures first if I like; I look at the ingredients and make notes of it.

Then I google it ofcourse, then attempt it, or use parts of it to create something else.

At present, I have been watching Food TV., I find that the variety is better than whats offerened in mags as you can see the chef and their techniques and timing more easily.
