I vote for "Dave's Instant Insanity" It's by far the hottest I've tasted, including Jamaican Hell Fire level 4. See if you can find the catalog "Mo Hotter Mo Better". That will give you a good guide.

they say "Dave's Insanity Hot sauce" is supposed to be totally INSANE!!! 1 drop is like sliding down a razor blade and into a pool of alcohol. quite a few places on the net that offer it, just do a search for Dave's Insanity Sauce.
that's too hot for me - whew!!

The hottest one I have tasted and liked is called "Scorned Woman". It's pretty much pure Scotch Bonnet / habanero (I forget which) and vinegar.

raw smashed chilli mixed with hot water. you can prepare yourself. no need to hunt for it.
