i tried my best but i just couldn't limit it to one type of soup...sorry!
my favourite is probably chicken rice soup, made using the day before's roast chicken carcass. yum.
or cullen skink (a scottish smoked haddock based soup)
or seafood chowder.
...am very hungry now!!
