im usualy a realy happy, optimistic person but lately ive been feeling so down.. i eat so much crap, ive been havin fights with my friends, i cant be bothered 2 do anythin anymore and me n my boyfriend dont talk that much ....plz help and tell me how to be my old self agen... im about 15 sooo yer..

You don't sound very depressed, but maybe you should look into clinical depression. It's checmical related, so you can't just pull yourself out of it. There are other types of depression tho, maybe those.

If you don't want to be that drastic, get yourself out to do some running. It will help you a bit i think. If your having trouble getting motivated for it, set a time and think about it, and you'll most likely get out there.

If you feel angry, or just bored break some ice, its good way to feel better, take chunks of ice and break them.

Depression is something no one should have to go through. I think you have to look back to when you were happy. What was the main ingredient that maid you happy. What was you doing, who was you doing it with. did you have friends or family around you then. Was you more popular then. once you figure out what made you happy then is the same thing that will make you happy all through life. The ans. is you were happy being you then. you liked yourself . So start liking yourself again and everything else will fall in place. 15 is a ruff age. Last yr you was a big fish in a little pond. Now your just a little fish in a big pond. Hold your head high and be you. It will work try it.

Your are at a time in your life that harmones start knicking in and that can certainly cause ups and downs in you moods. You need to eat good, get plenty of sleep and each morning, thank God for a wonderful day. If you start off on an upbeat thought, your day will be better. Visit an older person or just do something nice for someone. This will certainly lift your spirit.

Hey hon... We all get down in the dumps. I am not whatsover saying that you might have a severe depression (but normal) at the time. If anything recently has happened that was devasting to you, try to work through that. Not much info into the recent change in mood behavior but I would suggest talking to someone you may trust not always an easy pick!! You will need time time to get through your feelings... You go girl and you are worth it!!! Good luck M

Just look on the bright side of life. Try and patch up things with your friends. Talk to your boyfriend. Reslove to get your life back on track. Life is too short to spend it feeling depressed and sorry for yourself. Go back to being happy and optimistic. Go buy yourself a treat, something to cheer you up and get you started.

Try eating a little more healthier, get the proper rest and exercise. Then you will start feeling better about yourself then other things can happen after that. Good luck.

It could be from a number of things, you didn't forgive someone that bothered you, you feel responsible for something.
Just evaluate what youv done lately and ask your CLOSE friend for there thoughts.

I'm sorry about you being down,Just know everyday isn't the same and we all go through a rough times now and again in life. Just Pray and ask God to help you.

Take vitamin B-6 at least 50 mg. You'll feel better within 24 hours & just stay on it.

either it's hormones or you are going through some tough times in your life. try to do things to make yourself happy and don't worry.. there's always the rainbow after the rain.
