What are these dark spots on some men/women legs? (mostly knee down) Is it related to multiple sex partners in any way? Once acquired, is it curable?

That's a little general as a question. Dark spots from the knee down can mean a number of things, but none of them relate to multiple sex partners. A few examples:
1. Birthmark (self explanatory)
2. Scar (I have a couple of these from sliding while playing softball)
3. Excess iron in the bloodstream (number of causes including varicose veins in women)
4. Some types of liver disease can cause spots that appear darker, particularly in the lower extremities.

well i find it hard to answer not knowing, what sort of dark spots you mean, lots? how big? how long have they been there? and as for it being sexualy orientated, my daughter who is 8 years old has had a dark spot on her leg, since birth and it is called a cafe au lait mark, which on its own means nothing, but if she had had quite a few it may have been a sign of neurofibromatosis., so quite clearly that is nothing to do with sex at all!!
so if you could give a few more details, you would get much better answers!

It depends on your age. It could be what doctors refer to as old age spots.

No, and I think you have issues with faithfulness to your wife. It could be a bruise or a sunspot, or it could be skin discoloration. It is in no way related to multiple sex partners. That's just mental.
