Remember this: they are just as nervous as you. If and when they laugh at you, call you names, dog you out to their friends, and so forth, you will survive. They want to kiss boys as badly as you want to kiss them. Remember also that when you are done with college and earning good money it will be VERY easy to get women, provided you have the confidence not just to talk to them, but to WALK AWAY from them as if you simply do not care and have better things to do. Trust me, young man, absolutely NOTHING in the world is more attractive to a woman than a man she thinks she CAN'T have.

Practice talking to girls and walking away. Just have short conversations and leave it. If you're really hurting for something to say, make some comment about her clothes, shoes, hair, or the book she's reading.

The whole secret to getting over with girls & women is to be completely aloof, totally unavailable, supremely confident, and utterly unattached.

By the time you are 28 you will see that women are just like busses: another one comes along every couple minutes, and each one is - with plenty of subtle differences, of course - an awful lot like the last.

Be great at something (like a sport or academics) and let that be the source of your self-confidence, and talk to three or four new girls every day without any agenda, in very short bursts. Just walk up to her and ask her what her name is as if she was just a friend. Eventualy you can start talking and get to know her more. Go to football games cause those are the best events to just hang out with her. Practice practice practice! keep on doing it untill you're not nervous anymore. Women like a man who is confident. But you're only 13 so yeah. just have the mind set as if they where a friend and treat them like that. That should realive some of that shyness

Remember 1 thing when approaching anything that's tough, "The worse thing that can happen in any given event is that you might die." That said, no one else is better than any other person. You're never going to know the answer to will she unless you ask her the question. Just do it.
