I need my registration and the individual which sold me the car will not provide this I have provided information for my ttl already to them.

The car might be stolen. :(
Tell them to give you your money back or give the title, or go to the police.

You've made a big mistake, and potentially put yourself at risk. You don't buy a car without a title. And you get your stickers and registration from the DMV. I hope you don't see highway patrol lights flashing in your potentially stolen rearview mirror anytime soon. Goodluck.

You need to have a title to get it registed. You need to talk to the DVM and find out how to get a new title issued for the car. It may be a stolen car, you may need to go to the police.

Call the police and tell them you have reason to believe you've unknowingly purchased stolen property. If they don't take the other party to jail, file a fraud/theft report against them, assuming you can produce proof of payment.

Check your local dmv's website. Email them.
The guy you bought it from might have to sign something so keep in touch with him. You might need a signed and notarized reciept from the last registered owner.

Never pay for a car until you have the title or proof of a title....

you will have to file for lost title.but if he owes any thing on it you are in trouble. you need the vin number off the motor to submit it to get the title and it takes time to get it.hopefully it's not illegal good luck

you need to bring the bill of sale to the DMV..you have that right??
