Scandanavian-- Norway. The culture is so interesting, and the people are so intelligent . It would be Great to live under the rule of a King. Norway is wonderful to fish in the rivers that flow into the Fjords. Great History in regards to Norway The best sailors in the world are from Norway. True Vikings !!!

I love everything in the Mediterranean, but I'm Mediterranean. There are too many cultures and they are all fascinating. You can not judge a culture by it's music or even a visit. You do need to spend time with each culture,at least a year, to start to understand the intricacies. You can not love or hate a culture the way you do a movie. They all have their good side and bad side.

My interest in other cultures comes from their food. I have learned the art of ethnic cooking because I love to eat. To have get these "dishes" and have them at my fingertips I had to learn how to prepare, cook and serve them. So far I do Greek, Lebonese, 8 or 9 chinese cultures, French, Italian, Cambodian, Moraccan, Basque, Irish, Scots, Polish, Armenian, Mexican, Indian and American.
To know the food is to learn about their culture and their history and I am facinated by all of them. Today I whipped up Lebonese stuffed cabbage rolls (made with lamb).
It is probably the one thing I do best and I enjoy it.

The Pacific Islands, more specifically, Tonga's culture. I love how loud and happy every one seems to be, and their dances/chants are so fun to watch.
