you cannot transfer but you can redeem your miles (points) and get a ticket for your friend... also please note that you will not lose some but lot of points for redumption... also another problem is to get a seat on the particular class for which redumption booking is allowed... so please check with the airline if the seats are avaliable.... once that is done and the seats are booked you have to still pay in $$$ for the taxes so be prepared for that too...

As in Aeroplan do you mean Air Canada's frequent flyer program? I'm not sure you can transfer points but check with them.

check out the website of the the aircraft that u r a member as frequent flyer. There are instructions there on how u can transfer points
