Depending on what your diet is it's hard to say. Do you eat poorly? I have a huge appetite but eat well...I lost forty pounds in the last six months just eating healthy food with moderate excercise...slight changes in daily activity. I'm back to feeling like I felt twenty years ago. If you want details e-mail me...I'm not a diet freak nor am I selling products... I've just investigated healthy eating and fitness for the last couple of years and found a balance that works for me.

Hi
Try this programme it really worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than theenergy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

Dancing & swimming are the two best exercises since they work out almost every muscle in your body. If you love dancing, go for it. You`ll think of it as more of a hobby rather than EXERCISE. Its better exercising if you`re actually enjoying it rather than forcing yourself to do so. When you`re "forcing" yourself, it kind of makes you lazy if you`re incapable of repeating the same routine or exercises that you do everyday. And if you love swimming, go for it. Wont hurt to give it a try & see if you like it. It can cool you off & help you relax while you "exercise", or swim. If there are those classes or clubs at your school (IF you go to school), take advantage of it while you can. Staying off of junk foods or fast foods will make exercising un-tiring. Have fun & GOODLUCK!

I have put on a lot of weight in the past 5 years due to an illness where I have been unable to exercise. I have lost nearly 40 lbs in about two years. i know that doesn't sound like a lot but to me it is. I started drinking a lot of water. I hated water. But I put a wedge of lemon in it. I also take the green tea pills. they seem to give me energy. I bought myself an ab lounge. I like it. I also have a treadmill that I use when I am not in much pain. I look to be totally healed one day. God can do all.
