Dear Foamy,
When you write a letter, after you've finished, if you think of something else you want to add, you use the words P.S. to introduce that addition.

Thanks,
Allie
P.S. The letters "P.S." stand for Post Script which stands for Post (which means AFTER) and Script (which means WRITING.) A postscript is a note appended to a letter after the signature
