I think that would be classified as anxiety. Most people are too worried about themselves to judge you! Its funny like that. People think everyone else is judging them when everyone else is wondering the same thing.
If its become a real problem with your life (as in, effecting your interactions with others), speak to a therapist. They can work wonders.

Sounds like anxiety to me. Talk to your doctor about it, or look up anxiety through the search engine. I'm sure they have self-tests online to see if it is anxiety or not. if not, they'll at least tell you the symptoms. Good luck!

It sounds a lot like an anxiety disorder. There are medicatons your doctor can give you to make this go away so you don't ever have to feel like this again. Good luck!

First of all, none of us are doctors or diagnosticians, so please see a trained professional. The best treatments include therapy and pharmaceuticals.
It sounds like an anxiety disorder. Could be social anxiety disorder, could be global anxiety disorder.
Good luck.

paranoia.
It may give you comfort to know that people don't give a rats as s what other people do unless it involves them.
Even the gossip ends too quickly to matter.

Um, that would be what we call normal human emmotions. Most people feel that way. At the worst you have self confidence issues. Most likely because your parents torment you.
