he is definitely coming on to you. he is just waiting for you to make the next move. some guys that cheat want it to seam like it wasn't their idea, they were seduced. can you handle being second fiddle? if so, then go for it.

What you shouldn't do is hook up with a guy that would mess around on his woman, whether your attracted to him or not....
Definitely do...... Mention his girl friend every time he touches you inappropriately....
If you were his girl would you feel good about your man rubbing all up on another woman????

He's certainly attracted to you. Men don't do this sort of thing just to be friendly, we just aren't made that way. But there's still this important question of the girlfriend. So, ask yourself: Are you a better "catch" than his current girlfriend? Are they not getting along? If so, maybe it's worth pursuing. Otherwise, maybe he's just feeling a little "constrained" as he begins the process of settling down with one woman. It's probably not too hard to find out what's on his mind.

He's a player! If its just a girlfriend, find out how serious it is. Better to ask her than him because he'll most certainly say its not serious even if it is.
Then, as long as you don't mind sharing, go out with him. But don't expect him to be exclusive....ever! And don't try to change him, you know you want to, but he won't change until he's ready.
Lastly, the touchy-feely thing at work has to stop either way. First off it sexual harrassment. Secondly, even if you were dating, its unprofessional. Thirdly, I'm totally jealous! lol

Yes, he is a nice friendly sexual predator getting his day time jollies by feeling you up and you like it so don't ask him to stop and don't file any charges. Enjoy being the toy that you are to him. Wow. This guy is sexually harassing you at work, and you are not outraged. This guy is belittleing you in front of your co-workers. He is one-upping you.
