Diet and exersize!
Cardio and proper nutrition are #1. Just one or the other will not help. If you can get access to a gym work on the treadmill for 30-35min aday at a steady to fast pace, with a slight incline. The eliptical is great cardio but can be exausting at first.
Eat foods that are high in protien, and lower in carbs and fats. But do NOT rule out carbs and fats. They are needed to keep your body going.
If you are going to weight train i sugest using light weights for high reps and sets. Heavy weights will put on muscle and bulk you, with a fatty layer that will give you a larger appearance.
Dont be afreaid of foods, you can still eat breads, just try to not go over board, make healthier choices.
Try to eat 4 times aday if you can. it will increase your motabolism.
Choosing to drink juice over soda will help, removing caffine drinks, or suggery snacks will dramaticly increase your weight and fat loss.

Losing weight is all about calories in vs calories out. You must east less calories than you expend to lose weight. I.e: Eat 1500, expend 2000 for a 500 calorie deficit. Over a week 500 x 7 = 3500, which is the equivalent to the loss of 1 pound of fat. You can achieve this deficit through a combination of diet/exercise.

Go Natural.......
Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
I tried many diet pills/shakes/bars with no or little results.
Than I tried Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.

go to a gym, get some new nutritional habits, don't change all, don't dissapear your dessert favorite but try to exercise almost daily...
Have a good time, get some extra rest, if you feel confortable after some weeks go to a health food store.. buy a complement a some vitamins and an extra help like fat burnes

exercise at least 30 minutes a day...try not to do too much or it'll be overwelming and you will put it off.
eat less..also no fried food, less sweets, more veggies and fruits
drink lots of water
no food before 3 hours of your bedtime :)

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup
