I'm a home daycare provider and I've just been off work on vacation for 6 weeks. I'm getting ready to reopen my daycare on Monday and I'm in need of something that will give me some energy to get through the day. I will be alone with 3 kids, 2 of them are under 2 years old and the third one is 2 years old. I work from 6:00am till 6:00pm then I go to the gym for an hour and a half, then I have to come home and make dinner. But I get tired so easy. I want to have the energy to do everything but I need to know if there is a drink or something I can take that will give me a lot of energy. I'm also looking for something that might be able to help me at the gym. I'm 5'4 and weigh 130lbs. I know I'm not fat I just want to lose 10 lbs and tone up a bit. So something that can give me energy and help with that will be great! Any ideas???

Try eating 5 - 6 small meals instead of 3. Caffine and suger just set you up for a serious down time later.

Aerobic excercise and or yoga will improve your cardiovascular system and with proper training you will decrease your resting heart rate which will ultimately make your heart pump more blood with less bpm - saving a lot of energy through-out your entire day.

Stick to Power Aid or something similar if you need a boost.

Also, as silly as it may seem, singing is a great way to give yourself more energy through-out the day. It forces you to breath in more and is beats just taking 10 deep breaths.

I work from 8am-8pm as a professional furniture mover. And i sing all day long! "I feel pretty! I feel witty!..."

There are many good natrual ways to increase your energy.

Dont sleep for more then 9 hours, or less then 7 hours a night.
Try to eat atleast 4 times aday.
Drink 100% juice drinks.
Dont drink caffinee before noon, surprisingly that will wear you out for later.

Drinking an engery drink, or taking a pill will give you a burst of engergy then you will fall fast. And after a few days your body will get use to the item and motabolise it fast so it will become less effective over time.

Try changing the time of your work out if you can, make sure that with in 15 min of completion of your workout you take in a good ammount of protiens, and a shower always helps wake the tired soul.

the priority with this simplistic analogy is that it extremely is impossible to tension skill to supply rely. It happens at very small scales, yet as a results of fact of entropy, unfastened skill or skill interior the form of light or warmth is plenty plenty greater probable than skill being compelled to be based mass. The opposite technique, despite the fact that, is finished. Nuclear explosions are a results of the opposite technique, it extremely is, mass changing into skill. it extremely is going to be noted that no longer each and each of the uranium/plutonium mass is annihilated in a reaction, so which you do no longer see explosions which might cripple the international ( that little 9x10^sixteen joules you have up there). in elementary terms a small quantity of the textile rather annihilates. to understand basically how extreme it extremely is, basically open a e book and look on the propose life of a particle at the same time with a pion, which factors up the great majority of its mass whilst it decays into an electron/positron and photon.

Before you try loading yourself up with stimulator drugs...My advice is to start getting your vitamins! Take a multivitamin that includes chromium, and Iron. Two very important minerals that regulate energy levels.

Carefull though, Work your way up to the recommended amount of water!

Hmmmm, caffeine gives you energy, try coffee or tea.
Sugar also, but it won't help to much with the gym.
There are food that give you energy, I'm not sure about which are them, I think there are lots of articles on that in yahoo health.

I'm not one for supplements, and I admire your workload, but I take two vitamin B12 tablets each morning and it keeps me going all day. Also, try to give yourself a break now and then! You can't also be superwoman and that's okay too!
