Are ghost orbs real?

Question

You know, like orbs found in pics and stuff? And what about fog? how are we to tell what we see isn't just dust or some light picked up?

i ask because i took some shots of my own this week at a cemetery (www.bachlorsgrove.com) and got plenty of orbsin some pics, none in other pics and a strange fog in another pic that wasn't in the second shot as we doubled or so every picture taken.

yep and i have one in mine me an gf was in this old castle in livignsotn manor ny named after that as well just us 2 was there in the pic several times there was that orb. we figured perhaps the film then we took a didital pic same thing happened.. then we waited till dif time of day thinking lighting etc nope same orb and then a dif person went in not me and same thing happened.. the place had ghosts but friendly this happened again to me in stanley hotel in colraod where they made the movie calle dthe shining.. the person who took a pic stood in front of the mirror an their image dint show up but an orb did.. i have this effect where ever i go

I've seen a ghost orb in a picture before (on my dads digital camera), we had this "secret" room in the wall of one of the upstairs bedroom closets, and for whatever reason, we took a picture of the inside of the room, there was nothing in theroom, but when we looked at the picture we saw the figure of a girl wearing what looked like a white dress, she was transparent, and she was just laying there. I could always sence something was in that room whenever I was in the bedroom, after that I stayed away from the closet and the bedroom.

Ghosts may exist, but orbs are usually either dust or photoshopped into the picture.

Well, they are "real," that's to say, they are a phenomenon that can be seen. There are basically two explanations for what causes them.

1. They are paranormal phenomena; ghosts, spirits, alien technology, etc.

2. They are caused by dust, insects, water droplets, or other particles that reflect light back at the camera lens, usually light from the camera's flash bulb.

Personally, I believe #2 makes more sense.

orbs are very real and when you see one in a photo there is no question as to its reality, fog is totally questionable as your lens may need to be cleaned

ghost orbs aren't real...unless your superstitous (sorry bout my spelling). and we cannot prove if something is light or fog in pictures. it could be a million of things.

I'm not sure if orbs are real, or if they're just dust. Both look pretty similar.

I am not aware of any ghost pictures having been validated with
certainty.

some are yes, but others are dust or other things in the atmosphere
