if u get busted selling marijuana with having no priors, what kind of consequences are you going to have?
getting thrown in jail and charged with a class 3 and 4 phelony charge will get me what kind of jail or prison sentence?

You can get a prison sentence for a felony, but you might not for a 1st offense. However, if you had enough to jump the charge from simple possession to felony possession with intent to distribute, then the odds go up for some prison time. If you were caught actually selling, then yeah, you just might get some prison time. I would need more info to make a better guess. As you can see from my answer, the circumstances have a lot to do with the sentence.

depends on the judge and jurisdiction. some places have harsher penalties than others. and they require you to pass a spelling test for parole

depends on when elections area in you area.Move to Colorado you can buy it and have it there now but not a lot.
