For all the supposedly "HATE" for America, if you check into statistics it is still the number one country that immigrants want to come and live in. Why is that?
If there are better countries to live, wouldn't you think that is where everyone would want to immigrate too?
My parents immigrated to this country and my father was always glad that he did, was very staunchly American and glad that his children were born here.
For those of you who don't like our government, well; in America you have the right to work to change it.
Do so, instead of bellyaching about it.
I am tired of all the American bashing I hear so much of lately. Its baloney!
I don't see people fighting to get out of this country and live somewhere else.
Cubans still die trying to reach this country.
Others still try to cross our boarders to live here.
Why is that?
If this was such a terrible place to live, those people would be trying to get into another country.
No Country is perfect, but this is still a great country, and a good place to live, and people from nations that suppress their citizens freedoms know this and are still fighting to come to this country and become a citizen.

People confuse the difference between hating a government(or it's leaders) with the country's citizens. People don't hate the American public (atleast I hope not - no reason too) , they hate our government and what our government does (or does not) do around the world.

I am american and I hate us. Well not really us as a country. The rich , and the government. Especially Bush. I really think he should be shot or kicked out of office or something.

No body hates he American themselves, unless they are Miss leaded, but i can assure u, all the world including American administration, hates the American administration

I think it's about the same as hate other countries in America. Too high, but not all.

I don't think ppl hate Americans in general I think they just hate the government

i dont hate them, but i do think alot of americans are narrow minded, unpleasant, and need a kick in the ***. us australians are a much better culture
