Hello, All you have to do is blow dry your cell phone for a few minutes, let it sit for 5 minutes and then put it in your cell phone and see if it works. ( It should ) Do you have insurance????
If it doesnt work keep blow drying it and let it sit, or just buy another battery from Motorola.com and type in Razr and click on razr accessories and look for batteries, Most razr batteries are $35-45
Or COPY AND PASTE
http://direct.motorola.com/ENS/Web_accessories_detail.asp?Country=USA&language=ENS&productid=30535&strPrimaryOption=Acc&lSecondaryOption=14
or go to your cell phone companys website and you can get a battery a few dollars cheaper then on Motorolas website.
At Verizonwireless.com you can get a battery for $39.99
copy and paste for Verizon

You can take it apart and let it air dry. If it doesn't come on after a couple of days it's screwed. I have a RAZR with Cingular. There is a dot by the battery that's white. It changes colors when it gets wet, they will ask you what color the dot is. So you'll need to tell 'em it got wet in the rain or something like that. As far as Cingular goes, they don't offer insurance on the RAZR. You do have a one year warranty, where they will replace the phone. I got six! Everytime I asked them a question about my phone they sent me a new one.

Tell the company it does not work, no need to give details, just make sure it is completly dry. They have to replace it.

If it was submerged in water, then there's a good chance that it's gone.
This is why most people don't wash electronics.

Did you wash it on purpose? I hope not. They will not replace it if you wet it. Better play dumb if you want a new one.
