As the other answers state, yes it is normal because it is the feeling of your muscles being repaired from them being torn from your weightlifting (this is how they grow), but it is incredibly important to give your muscles a rest every other day so this process can happen. If you weightlift every day, you don't give time for them to "repair", unless you're taking steriods in which case they will go through the process of "repairing"/growing much quicker (which is not the healthy way to gain muscle by the way) - explains why you see those meat heads at the gym EVERY day. So it is important to up your intake of protein whether it be by protein shakes, bars or lots of meat and fish- get all you can get! This will heal your muscles and help them grow -the healthy way.

Most muscles in our bodies take 48 hours to fully recover. Two of the exceptions to this are the calf and ab muscles which can be trained daily.
Your muscle fibers tear with heavy lifting and are later repaired and strenghtened - this is how the muscle adapts.
When you are working your arms ever 6 hours, you are using the energy needed to repair the muscle for lifting the weight. This will delay the healing process. Even though it may make sense on paper that the more muscle fiber you tear - the more you will grow. In order to increase strength, you want to have a large majority, if not all of the muscle fibers in your arm available to lift more weight. Believe it or not, our bodies have sensors that tell the muscle group how many of the muscle fibers to use for any given activity. For example, you wouldn't pick up a pen with the same force as bowling ball.
You are overtraining if you are working the same muscle group several times a day. Rest is as important as the training.
If you are wanting to build bulk - use heavier weights that you can only JUST get up the last rep (example 8-12 reps, 3-5 sets - when you can do 12 reps, increase the weight and start again with 8 reps - working your way back to 12 reps to start again)
If you are wanting to increase muscle indurance - use less weight, more sets and reps. 15+ reps or until fatigue, 1-3 sets
Don't use so much weight that it hurts your form, 1 good rep is better than 10 bad.

Yes, you shouldn't lift weights for more than 30 minutes a day. Six hours is too long, and you could develop arthritis later on in life if you keep on doing so. I understand that you're a guy and everything, and some guys have ego trips, not saying that you do, but you shouldn't have to worry about trying to express anyone, because six hours of weight lifting is not healthy for your body. It's called overexercising and you shouldn't do it. Maybe you could still do a whole hour, because of your height and weight, but six hours is too much. Attach ice packs to your whole arms, meaning from the shoulder to your fingers, and put some on your back as well. Believe me, it'll help.

Absolutely. Weight lifting builds muscle; it hurts for a few days. That's a good thing. It means your work out is being effective.

If you've never weight trained (or worked out those muscles), it's normal to be sore for days because the muscles aren't used to being put to hard work. It usually subsides, and if you keep working them out, it'll stop getting so sore after every session.

7 sets are way too much, ,limit sets to 1 set of 15, next of 12 and last of 10, no more than that, sounds like you overworked your muscles,

yeah, you got to tear the muscles so new ones can be built. Now to get those arms big, go eats lots of protein to help repair the muscles.

Of course it's normal, until you work out often enough, your muscles learn to repair and adapt to the stress, and you will have to increase weight to feel a burn.
