Take a nice slice of whole wheat or sour dough or any thick & fresh good bread, toast it, butter it lightly, slice a pear into thin slices and lay over the toast, on top of that layer thin slices of Parmesan, Cheddar or Brie, add a sprinkling of fresh cracked black pepper and you got some kind of sandwich.

Take an make frenchtoast, but build like grilled ham and cheese. Some pick it up as sandwich some, eat with fork. I liek to spice it up with red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Some family member like it jsut plain jain, others salt and pepper. Grill in hot buttered skillet. mmm Maybe thats what ill have for a snack.
