The US economy would SOAR. The return of about 30-33 million illegal aliens from Mexico along with their children would be of fantastic benefit to Mexico and its people.
These returnees would have a sense of what real freedom is and many would have skills learned in America that could possibly change society and the quality of life there and turn the tide on the corrupt government of Mexico that is so embedded in the corrupt Castillian ways.
They should run, not walk, back to the countries they turned their backs on and the people they deserted.

There would definitely be benefits. They would buy land and build houses. They would probably start their own business from the money they have made here in the States. Which in turn would gain employees. So there are benefits it just depends on how smart the person is that is going back to Mexico.

Well, the population of Mexico would nearly double. There would be about 11 million people, mostly men, age 14-30, with no jobs, no money, and no hope of getting jobs. Crime would skyrocket, riots, looting, and the government would probably be overthrown in about ten minutes. After that, about 8 million people would be killed by the new regime's death squads.
Here in the US, there would be 120 million homeowners wondering how the hell they were going to get their lawn mowed. Riding lawnmower sales would skyrocket, Teenage kids with lawnmowers would be making hundreds of dollars a week, five thousand restauraunts would start serving food on paper plates for a week, I would be able to get a job, twelve million americans would march on Washington to raise Minimum Wage, and when they got back home, they would find there were now only six million jobs left for them to fill due to downsizing.
In the White house, Bush would declare a state of emergency, build twelve million miles of thirty feet tall barbed-wire impregnated electrified fencing on our southern border, obtain satellite evidence that Mexico had weapons of mass destruction, invade, secure the oil wells, let the government buildings and hospitals get burned to the ground, and work on a twelve year exit strategy for getting our troops out of Mexico.

The Mexican economy would collapse. They can´t handle the sky-high unemployment rate now, let alone if millions of people all of the sudden showed up.

I read an article that some border towns are very worried about that and that we are sending some to the interior, both to make it harder to return, and to alleviate the strain on border towns. They are saying there are too many poor people who need to be taken care of.
Living in LA I think that is funny.

Nothing would change. Most of the illegal imigrants are from N. Mexico. The Mexican Government doesn't even recoginize these
people as people. They don't care if they live.

I don't know about the Mexican economy, but the simple fact is that the US economy depends on illegal Mexican labor to work.
Lou Dobbs, a pompous *** employed by CNN, like to stir up the generally ignorant American public against illegal immigrants in order to boost his TV ratings, but smart businessmen know that the US economy is absolutely reliant on illegal immigrants.
