at 15 you should be able to get help on your own. it depends on where you live. if you go to a church, talk to your minister or clergy person, talk to your counselor at school, look on the internet to see if there is a free mental health clinic in your area.

this is important and you keep trying. no matter what, you should know that you are ok and some of this is normal hormonal teenage stuff, but still try to get help. and you will be ok. good luck kiddo!

You school should have a counselor you can talk to or go to the teen clinic, both of which are free.

Go see a psychology professor at a Christian college. he will be honest with you and not charge you anything. you can also go to confession at a catholic church and tell the priest how you're feeling. they can help a lot.
