I am the Boss over a lot of people that speak Portuguese, and Spainish. I would like to know more than the few words I know.
It would just be nicer for all of us if I could say something more than "good Morning" or "good night" . Well of course they all speak English!! I'm the dumb one here! And I'm Their Boss!
Can ya help me?

Your employees can help you. As often as you can, ask them the Spanish/Portuguese word for something that is often spoken about in your workplace. Then try to use that word at least three times in the following day. Phrases, also. Like, you would say to one of your employees, "Please file these papers...but first, tell me how to say "file these papers" in Spanish." If you have a good working relationship with your staff, they should be happy to help you in this way - and will be pleased to see you using the words and phrases they taught you.
