She spent all day at the clinic getting tests and has to go back tomorrow to get flushed out. We think she might have drank anti-freeze. She wont eat anything and is in alot of pain it seems. Is it okay for her to eat or will that hurt her kidneys even worse?

You could try feeding her. She will know if she is well enough to eat. She won't eat unless she is feeling well enought to. I can't believe they didn't do something today if they think that it may be antifreeze. If it was caught in time, the flushing should do the trick. She may have some troubles with her kidneys for the rest of her life though. I really hope everything works out for her. Good luck and god bless your furry friend.

If she is hungry and feeling good enough to eat, by all means let her eat. Unless the vet has said different. If a dog wants to eat that a good thing.

well were you feeding it grapes and/or raisins because those can cause kidney problems for dogs.
