Just walk up to her if you're 100% SURE she likes you and put your hand around her shoulder and say "I have a secret for ya" and she'll ask what it is and just say " I like you and I want to go out with you" and it'll make her so happy if she truly likes you! ask her for her fone number cuz thats a big clue you like her and talk to her a lot and then just ask her. and if the convo gets awkward be random and start talking bout something else. and if you get rejected (wich i doubt) just say ok and dont make a big deal bout it. that works a lot better than being all depressed.
