It depends what that anything else is. Table scraps aren't generally good for dogs but vegtable and fruits can be good. Just look for a list of what is and isn't poisinous to dogs. Things like onions, chocolate, apple cores and processed foods are not good to give it.

My dogs eat a lot of people food---cheese, peanut butter, pretty much all vegetables (not supposed to eat onions or mushrooms) and some fruit. I give one veggies for weight control; the other one wants to be a vegetarian! Meat isn't truly great for them. Many train w/hot dogs--gives my dog diarrhea, yuck!

Our pup gets ticked if we don't feed her what we're eating. Personally, I think she's spoiled rotten and should just be happy with being a dog. But I came into the situation a few years too late to affect her belief that she is people.
Just be careful about the amounts you give your pup and make sure it's eating mainly dog food and you and your soon to be spoiled pup (just like ours!) should be just fine.

it truly is an negative lot of chocolate for a 30lb canines. Your staggering guess is to get him to the emergency vets with the intention to make him vomit. One sq. would not be a huge deal, he'd probable get the runs yet an entire bar is properly worth a visit to the vet or it would want to educate deadly.

It depends on what foods and how much. Onions and chocolate are toxic to dogs. Fatty foods aren't good for them either.

Sugar is also not good for dogs. Their body doesn't digest it properly. Fruits contain sugar.
