In Texas you can after you've come to a complete stop. Same rule for a right turn on red, only turn is to the left.

I am taking a driver's safety course (in Tx) right now and they just covered this...it was pretty specific that a left with a red light onto a one way street is only legal if you are on a one way street as well.
Otherwise, you need to wait for the light to change.

In Michigan a right turn on red is always legal unless otherwise posted. Left on red is only legal when on a one-way and turning onto a one-way, ex: boulevard turn (Michigan Left). There is no left on red on a two-way, unless a signal arrow states otherwise.

Ohio you can only make a left turn on red if both streets are one way. This is the norm for most states.

Depends on your state - in Arizona you can make a left turn after coming to a complete stop if both streets are one way.

What state are you in?

Uhmm..yea..you can turn left as long as it goes with the flow of the one way....

When the light is green proceed with your left turn..

( if there isnt a "turn signal/arrow" wait on straight traffic first..they have the right of way)

in case you have been already interior the intersection while the easy grew to become pink, then you certainly have been criminal to end the turn, yet once you have been at the back of the end line, then you certainly could have waited for the subsequent green.
