If I was in his situation -- I would REALLY appreciate letters. WIth photos.
If he had a tape recorder, I'd send him a spoken cassette tape letter.
If he reads -- and if he was a Christian, I'd send him anything from a pocket organizer with weekly or daily thoughts from the Bible, or a devotional that would help him to remember the Creator's love, and Sovereign guidance.
Meanwhile -- just keep praying for him, and always tell him that he's in your thoughts and in your heart.

Awww how romantic. Well, I am a truck driver too. But I don't have what it takes to go there.
but I do know the inside of a truck and a truckers mind.
1. If you haven't taken some provacative pics of you, do so with a digital camera and send him some wallet size. If you don't have the camera, have a friend help you. Remember he loves how you look and you know what he enjoys seeing.
2. Send him a laptop computer with an internet connection card from verizon or sprint.
3. Send a coffe mug that isn't too wide at the bottom if he drinks coffee.
4. Send him one of his blue jean shirts with the arms cut off ruggedly and tell him you were thinking of him wearing it. Spray his cologn on it so he believes you. LOL
5. Send a really cool key chain he can hang in the truck for locking it when he leaves. I am thinking of those leather braided tassled ones. You can include a clip for the visor to hang it from.

--Take some very sexy pictures. When a man is at war that always gets to him, especially if it's his wife rather than some fake, nasty cover model or porn star.
--Take some pictures with your children if you have any. Try to take them in action rather than posed.
--Send him a video of one of your days, and show him that you're awaiting his future arrival.
--If you can, warn him not to drink Kuwaiti orange juice....that'll touch his heart (my friend is a marine and was placed in the middle east for a year....that juice gave him some serious stomach issues) =p
--I think that you can build off of all of these ideas. All in all, just help make him feel wanted. That's really all a human being wants. After all, that's probably a reason why he married you---because you can EASILY give him a sense of security and desire.
Kudos. :)

Aw, that's really nice of you! I hope he's doing well.
Well, send him a card, of course.. But really go out on this card, possibly make it at home with really high-quality materials (shaped like a heart?)
If you and him have any cute inside-jokes or moments you should definitely play off of those. Think small and meaningful. Like a Hershy's Kiss. You can, if you really want, go online and customize your own bag of M&M's. I'm not sure if they still do it but they did around Valentines day. You can put your own messages on the M&M's.
Something to munch on in his truck that won't go bad too fast would be good, but has to be cute.
Well, good luck!!!

I think something like a little scrapbook of meaningful pictures would be sweet, that way when he's lonely and missing you and the rest of the family he can look though the pictures. Write him some messages w/ the pictures in it. And if you have kids let them include some drawings. I know i'd love something like that I could look at when i'm missing home.

Don't send anything with the potential to melt. Like chocolate. Messy. Home baked cookies. Send enough for him to share with his buddies.
And send him a sexy letter. Something ALL FOR HIM. : )
Good luck
Cookies are easy to ship without destroying them.

I'm guessing he already has a photo of you with him; if not, that's a perfect thing to send. I'd have my picture made into a keychain - right? He'd be looking at it all the time.
