why do you really think he hates collection agencies so bad?

Cause you don't want to do the research when you call someone old number continually even though the new owner of the phone number told you that is not their number. Think about it. If they cannot pay the bill you are collecting on, is it above the realm of possibility they did not pay their phone bill either. You are just one step above a telemarketer. You bug people over the phone. Only difference is you don't do it as blindly as telemarketers do. Yet, when your told to stop calling cause there person your looking for is no longer at that number, your to stupid to understand that.
