I feel so sorry for you. If I was you, I would explain my situation and call a local urgent care or hospital. They should be able to direct you to a clinic of some kind. I live in California, and here there are hospitals for people who have no money or cant afford to pay. The lines are tremendous and long from what I hear (thank God I have insurance) but no one is turned away. You could also try calling your local fire station, senior citizens clinics etc. Even some pharmacys might be able to direct you as well. Dont give up hon. I will say a prayer for you. I know how horrific mouth pain can be. IF your not allergic, a couple of extra strength tylenol might help. God bless you.

I recommend to have a dental treatment in Thailand to save cost. Many doctors are graduate from US and be American Board in their related field. The hospital and clinic and world class standard. The price is cheap comparing to Western countries. For example, the estimated price are all ceramic crown USD 410, porcelain veneer/nit USD 310, repair /tooth USD 26, Full denture USD 385. The airfare Houston-Bangkok-Houston is at USD 1,035 (Sep 06) (the agency that I always use). Hotel there, price are varied from USD 20 up. Could you ask your kids to help? Since you are a diabetic, could you convince your doctor to have medicare cover the cost of pulling your teeth, for health reasons. I know that diabetics are more prone to skin infections than normal people. And gum is skin.

Due to early onset osteoporosis, half of my teeth are broken off at the gum line, and I can't afford to get them taken care of either. But I'm not in any particular pain from it, because I brush with Colgate Total. The toothpaste kills mouth bacteria, and even the worst infections are gone within three days.

You have no pancreas? I didn't think you could live without a pancreas. I'm sorry for all your troubles. Try contacting a dental school and see if you can be seen by a dental student for less or free.
