There aren't any miracle cures out there for weight loss. I'm wondering, why do you want to avoid cruches and sit ups? If it's for a medical reason, you need to talk to your doctor about what exercises are safe for you and a reasonable diet to meet your needs. Otherwise, suck it up and get moving. Believe me, I know it's hard but you have to do it. All you have to do is ask yourself how much you want/need this for yourself. Lasting results take time and you have to be dedicated to your goal. Another pointer, don't weigh yourself every day or even every other day. Do it once a week or you'll get discouraged. My advice is talk to a doctor about a good program for you. Start yourself with the cardio and keep going. Another thing about working it off is that you will feel better physically and mentally. Believe me, it feels great to get up and do stuff. It takes a bit of determination at first but you'll see. Think about how you feel now and after you've been working on it for a month, you'll be amazed with how different you'll feel.

This is what I did:

1. Excersise 3-5 times a week, 30 min- 1 hour each session
2. Weight lifting every second day
3. Eat foods containing less fat
4. Eat smaller portions
5. Eat 3-5 smaller meals a day rather than 3 large ones
6. Put all meals onto small plates, not large ones
7. DO NOT EAT IF YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY
8. Do not bring a bag of chips, crackers or cookies downstairs,
if you really want them, put a few in a bowl so you are not
tempted to eat a lot of them.

DO NOT EAT/DRINK:
Pizza, chips, pop or juice for one full year

DO EAT:
2-3 cups of milk per day
3-6 glasses of water per day
Lots of Veggies & Fruits every day
Meat- real meat, not processed
Carbs- whole wheat bread
Ice cream and yogurt- within portional reason
Popcorn & pretzels instead of chips

It depend's on what you mean by quick,but you have to burn more calories than you take in, First cut out all fast food,and soda's, I used an oatmeal diet,only 150 calories per serving,and use sweet and low.It works great if you can eat it 2 times a day without getting sick of it,then exercise, walking works great,and is easy to do,use a good pedometer to keep track of distance,steps etc.it lets you track your progress,I find listening to music while walking makes it easier. hope this helps....

Go to the American Diabetes Association web site and follow the high protien low carbohydrate diet for diabetics. Many diabetics have what is called syndrome x. The main characteristic of syndrome x is tummy fat so the diet is geared toward that. Make sure you drink plenty of water and do aerobic excercise such as dancing, biking, fast walking ect.

Don't kill yourself, honey. Pray and seek God. Many people have died trying to look good on the outside, but their inside (heart) was still torn up. Let go of all the breads and sugars. One week time you will have lost a tremendous amount of body fat and fluid drink plenty of water. Eat plenty of vegetables. Fresh if possible. Bananas, Raisins, fruits. Bless you

Controlled portions of food ... eat small meals ... drink alot of water ... eat fruits instead of sweets ... drink milk (fat free) ... and keep ur slef busy with stuff so that ur not bored and then just eat out of boredom .. that is BAD

If you have a craving then fight it .. most cravings just last for 10 -15 mintutes if you get past that you wont want it anymore!

This has quickest way to lose weight. Also it focuses on your gut area. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS.
