It took me a full year of hard work to come back.
The most important thing is to maintain your range of motion. Keep working on flexibility while strengthening.
It may take as much as 18 months to get back to 98 percent. In my case 100 percent was not attainable.
Just work, work, work, don't get discouraged!

It really depends on the severity of the injury, If you have serious tear and require sugery you'll probably be back to 100% quicker than if you don't have surgery. Minor tears are troublesome but are difficult to condone going under the kife. I wore a $1000 knee brace for eight months and did tons of physio and I'd say I was comfortable walking over uneven terrain in a year.

2 months -3 months it depends on the severity of the tear and the ability of the individual's tissue to recover, after post surgery you need physical therapy.

depends on how old you are...as we grow older the elasticity of our skin...but in most cases, 3 weeks and off crutches....
