If the cockapoo is the female then no way. She is too small and could die trying to bear the pups of such a large dog like a lab.

they can...not sure what they would look like exactly, probably a slightly smaller version of a lab with hair, it seems like it would be hard for a lab and a cockapoo to have puppies but I know it could happen because I know of a basset hound and a lab that had puppies before, so it doesn't really matter that one dog is smaller than the other...I don't know how it happens but it does.

I had a yellow lab mixed with a cockapoo and she was so adorable. She had perky ears but they drooped forward at the top.. they flopped when she ran.. and her fur was like a lab but she had fluffy tuffets by the neck... and she wasnt so bulky as some labs... ADORABLE.. i obviously miss her :-(
I hope they have puppies.. you'd love 'em

I don't know what they'd look like but I'd start thinking of a new breed name:D like labapoo, cab, bloo, blackapoo, etc. um, I'd stay away from BLACK lab and COCKapoo

Why not spay and neuter your pets instead of wondering what the puppies would look like. If these are your dogs why not just enjoy them. If this was a rhetorical question - who knows.

Yes they can but it's not a good idea, all of those breeds have faults, with ear infections, hip displasia, genetic diseases etc and crossing them can lead to puppies with problems. Spay and neuter them both, don't even think about crossing them.
