a relationship like that would only look like you're only using each other to satisfy your sexual desires. A real relationship is based on love and self sacrifice. I think if you only base it on orgasms you'd break off with him once you're not satisfied with the other person anymore. It's more on the Lust than on Love. ^^,

it may be great satisfaction and it is definately a needed and healthy part of a relationship but one based on it is bound to falter.
