by giddyness you mean you are dizzy
check out your eyesight. you might need glasses

if that does not work. It is possible you are suffering migrains
keep a diary of what you do each day. what you ate etc.
My problem turned out to be caused by certain scents
of laundry detergent and glade plug ins.
A friend of mine had trouble with cheese and milk products.
yet another friend said her headaches were caused by a stressfull work environment but that the headaches hit when she relaxed.

What time of the day does it occur? You may be hypoglocemic or hyperglocemic...your blood sugar may be spiking or diving. I noticed that I have to eat something small at 4:00 pm because my blood sugar drops. I am not diabetic, but it will crash and cause me to get a headache, be irritable and tired. I don't have to eat much...just a small snack to keep it even. Have your doctor check your blood sugar for these conditions.

Same here but I'm hypertensive. I suggest that you get a second opinion. Likewise, check your life-state (are you stressed, worried about getting sick, etc.?) since such can also be a visceral experience from a psychosomatic state. A positive attitude in life always helps.

I'm like that too, but i still dont know what to do about it. I suspect it's due to low blood pressure or low glucose levels.
