It's Puerto Rican slang. I don't know exactly what it means though. Each Latin American country has their own slang, just like every other country. Maybe it means something like keep on moving or something because he's telling her in the song if we're not together anymore "pressea" if I take out another girl to dance "pressea".

I don't speak Spanish fluently (I only studied it for a few of years), but I always thought that "presea" is similar to "press" in English. So I thought DY meant that the girl keeps pursuing him, or "pressing" him, even though he is moving on & is looking for someone else. I dunno if that's the correct meaning, but Lo que paso paso is one of my fav songs & I always interpreted "presea" that way.

I have no idea. I'm sure it's some BS Spanglish word. A lot of those reggaeton people speak awful Spanish and English. That's why there are so many made-up words in the songs.

I would imagine it means precious, from precioso(sp?) I typed it into google, and then translated the sentence it gave me, "Presea" se refiere a algo de harto valor como piedras preciosas, medallas, telas de seda, so just type the word into Google, and you should see it

It refers to something precious like a jem or stone. In Puerto Rico it refers to someone who presses someone to the point of annoying. I guess it depends where the group comes from as to the translation.

Could be that it means 'princesa'.

princesa > prinseha > prisea > presea
